- An affordable upscale townhome that's sure to impress. Cathedral ceilings & hardwood floors in the great room start that feeling. Even the lightbulbs are a little upscale. Except for the ceiling fans, all the lighting comes from LED bulbs, even the under/over cabinet lighting in the kitchen. Speaking of which you're going to love the open concept kitchen. Lots of counter space upgraded appliance pkcg. tile flooring & spacious dining area. My favorite upgrade is the sunroom. Love the private semi wooded views, no neighbors directly behind you. Both bedrooms are quite comfortable in size. Crown moldings in master a nice touch, along w/ the custom shower door & don't miss the oversized walk in closet. Even the toilets were a subtle extra. At 17 inches tall your lower back will appreciate. Almost forgot to mention the raised vanities in the bathrooms. Of course the garage was completely drywalled & painted w/ extra electric. Pretty sure this won't last long. Maintenance Free Living!!!
